I had a very very bad experience with your app. I subscribed to the KukuFM day free trial offer for 1 However, after only 3 days, ΰ€°599 was debited from my account without my consent. l immediately tried to cancel the auto-pay option, but it still showed that the ΰ€°599 payment had been processed. I kindly request that this amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible. Please look into this issue urgently and confirm the refund. so very bad app.π₯Ή

I had a very disappointing experience with your app. I had opted for the KukuFM 7-day free trial offer, but just after 1 day, βΉ499 was deducted from my account on 27 oct 2025 . I immediately tried to disable the auto-payment option, but it still showed that the payment had already been processed. I request that you please review this issue and refund the deducted amount to my account as soon as possible. Kindly treat this as urgent and confirm once the refund is initiated and also I mailed

I signed up for a 7-day subscription after seeing their stories on Instagram. The major issue I encountered was that the day after I started the trial, they charged my bank account without any prior notice, even though I was still within the trial period. Now, when I request a refund, they are giving me ridiculous excuses. It seems like they are clearly engaging in fraudulent behavior. NOW IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK I HAVE TO TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. BE AWARE BEFORE DOWNLOADING APP
