Other facilities and amenities include the Administration Office located on the ground floor to attend to all residents’ administrative needs, security room, common laundry and drying area at the roof deck of each tower. In case of power outages in the city, there is also a standby power generator that provides power to selected outlets in residential units: one each for ceiling lights in all rooms, one convenience outlet for living and dining areas and one for the refrigerator outlet.
